Publisher Services Administrator
Location: Avalon, 26-32 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8EZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible but ideally 30 – 37.5 hrs per week
Contract: Summer FTC ending mid-September (flexible on dates, with the potential to return over Christmas/Easter depending on business requirements and term dates)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (FTE)

The Role
The Publisher Services Administrator will help support Kortext’s UK and international market expansion, content acquisition, sales and our commercial relationships with publishers.
Reporting to the Publisher Operations Manager, the Publisher Services Administrator will work collaboratively with other members of the Operations and Commercial Departments as well as other Kortext employees. The role will have a particular focus on administration, research and systems process applications.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Working with existing publisher partners to expand permissions for new territories or products
- Working with colleagues to request publisher content & pricing
- Accurately updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Undertaking research, contacting various internal or external contacts to ascertain accurate, up-to-date information; documenting in the correct format, and passing to necessary colleagues in a timely manner
- Assisting with answering publisher queries within agreed response times
- Producing any publisher-service related documentation that may be required, for example, meeting minutes, templates, letters, reports and spreadsheets
- Working with the publishers to check and confirm pricing and metadata feeds
- Updating the CRM with all publisher services team activity per business rules
- Keeping clear records of activity and feeding into company reporting processes as required
- Attending internal meetings, and occasional external meetings as needed

- Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise multiple activities to achieve tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, professional writing style and the ability to create a variety of professional documentation
- Must be comfortable using various devices and platforms, e.g. iOS, Android and Windows
