Working hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
Salary range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

The Role
Reporting to Ronan, our UK Sales Director, the Partnership Manager will work collaboratively with the broader business to identify new opportunities with the purpose of driving sales and revenue. The role is a solution-based sales role and will involve significant travel within the territory assigned.
As a part of the UK Sales Team at Kortext, you will support institutions to overcome challenges. Driving academic engagement will be essential in order to retain business year on year.
Key responsibilities;
o Identify and target new institutions and individuals ranging from academic staff, library staff, eLearning personnel, Dean’s, Directors and Pro Vice Chancellors and other influencers.
o Identify and follow up any growth opportunities within existing institutions.
o Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain marketing.
o Establish a sales and marketing strategy to deliver agreed sales objectives.
o Achieve sales growth across the territory.
o Assess, retain and develop existing client base.
o Maintain monthly sales forecast for delivering to plan.
o Meet sales targets and personal objectives and goals.
o Provide market, product and competitor information feedback.
o Provide weekly sales reports and analysis.
o Attend monthly sales meetings and other meetings as required.
o Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to generate interest in the products and services Kortext offer.
o Manage weekly activity including client visits.
o Update the Kortext CRM, ensuring all information and contact interaction is recorded, following company process.
o Respond to tenders as required for the territory, meeting tight deadlines.
o Communicate and present at all levels in the market from student to Vice Chancellor.
o Represent the company at conferences, including presenting papers.
Key skills & Requirements
o Educated to degree level with a proven ability for self-learning and development
o Successful track record in sales (minimum 3 years)
o Account management experience
o Knowledge and experience of Higher Education sector
o High level of competence in various word processing, spreadsheets and presentation tools including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
o Knowledge of CRM systems
o Knowledge of content platforms and educational technologies
o Must be comfortable demonstrating online and app software using various devices and platforms, i.e. iOS, Android and Windows
o Comfortable presenting online using conference software
