About Us
At Kortext, we are driving towards becoming the world’s leading supplier of digitalised academic books.
Using the platform we have developed and our expertise in the market, we have brought more than 2,000 universities from around the world onto our platform and can only envisage this growing as the need for online teaching and learning rapidly increases.
With the continual evolution of technology and processes surrounding teaching and learning, we have developed a platform that supports ease of discovery, ease of access and ease of learning materials that meet the needs of both the students and professionals in academia.
Our digital library currently contains over two million books from more than 4,500 publishers, in addition to this, our platform is available in more than 100 countries and we have now partnered with 85% of Russell Group universities.
To support our continuing, planned growth curve, we are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midlands and Yorkshire regions, driving growth and meeting expansion expectations.
Your Rewards
- Salary of up to £45,000
- Uncapped bonus scheme
- £4,000 car allowance
- Healthcare scheme
- Flexible working
We believe that every day brings new opportunities, new relationships, new chances to grow and new innovations.
In less than ten years we have become the UK’s leading personal learning platform and supplier of digital textbooks. In that time, we have partnered with Samsung and John Lewis to provide tablets preloaded with material, brought on board the NHS to support thousands of student doctors and nurses, become a Microsoft Gold Partner and enabled the Kortext platform to fully integrate with Teams.
Just think about what we can do in another decade, what we can make possible and what we can achieve.
At our core are our teams that make these developments and innovations happen. Our flat management structure supports the changes we bring to our sector and enables our market-leading position and the technology we have integrated into the organisation to support every member of our team.
As a people-centric organisation, we are awash with opportunities for self-starters, those with initiative and those who aren’t afraid to make mistakes and we are proud of the collaborative nature of our company with people placed at the heart of decision-making.
A key element within our business is the five leadership competencies that support our culture. Within every member of our team, we look for the capability to be agile and adaptable, accountable, and possess advanced communication and collaboration skills, social and emotional intelligence and transformative thinking and awareness.
In addition to this, we are seeking sound sales and account management experience, a strong grasp of the higher education sector and an understanding of CRM and content platforms and educational technologies.
