In addition to this, we are seeking web or mobile application testing experience and a background in backend testing for applications such as servers or data warehouses.

The Role

As a Senior QA Tester, you will join an agile, vertical team supporting implementation activities and testing is carried out accurately and effectively.

Specifically, you will be responsible for creating test data and executing test procedures based on test designs.

Working on functional, regression and automation testing, you will utilise multiple browsers and devices to ensure our applications work as they should on each platform.

You will work within a cross-functional team which incorporates development, project management, and business analysis to deliver well-defined applications.

What are we looking for?

To be considered as a Senior QA Tester, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience testing web and mobile applications in multi-tier architecture as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in backend testing applications such as servers or data warehouses
- A focus on quality by writing clear, concise functional, end-to-end, acceptance and integration tests
- A clear understanding of established test methodologies and techniques in use by the QA department
- Good knowledge of databases such as MS SQL Server, Cosmos or Mongo DB
- An understanding of relational database concepts including writing complex multi-table SQL queries
- An understanding of the full software development life cycle in an agile environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or commensurate professional experience
