Campaign Executive
Salary: £25K - £30K depending on experience
Location: Hybrid – Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office (Bournemouth)
Working hours: 37.5 hour per week
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
Responsibilities will include;
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and content, to define campaign goals, messaging, and tactics.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
Execution and Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Understand customer data and manage segmentation lists
• Work with the content team to request the creation of campaign assets, including copy, graphics, videos
• Design and create optimised landing pages to drive conversions.
• Build and implement email automation workflows for key campaigns to ensure timely, personalised, and targeted communication with prospects and customers.
Performance Tracking and Optimisation:
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and implement changes to improve ROI and engagement.
• Utilise A/B testing and other methodologies to refine campaign strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment with sales objectives and lead generation efforts.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Present campaign plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
Innovation and Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in campaign management.
Key Skills & Personal Attributes
• At least 2 years of experience in running campaigns, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
• Proven track record of successful campaign planning and execution across various marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
