Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Our Role:
As a QA Manager at Kortext, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will lead a team of talented QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key responsibilities
o Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
o Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the highest standards of quality across all products and services.
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes into the development lifecycle.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices, tools, and methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
o Establish and monitor key QA metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on the status of quality initiatives and product quality.
o Ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into QA processes, striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key skills & Requirements
o Proven experience as a QA Manager with a track record of successfully leading and growing QA teams.
o Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
o Proven experience with implementing and leading Automation strategy and testing efforts.
o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
o Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
o A passion for quality and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.
