PA & Office Manager to COO – (Maternity Cover)
Hours – Full Time – (37.5 Hrs Per week, 9am-5:30 pm)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

In a little over five years, we became the UK's leading personal learning platform and supplier of digital textbooks to universities across the country and around the world. We continue seeing large-scale growth as the need for online teaching and Learning increases rapidly.
More than 2,000 universities around the world use the Kortext platform. In addition, we host over 2 million digital books from over 4,500 publishers, providing students and academics with a seamless connection to the required course content embedded with innovative study tools to increase engagement and accessibility.
Amending company documentation e.g., contract paperwork
PA Support e.g., diary management, travel bookings, meeting minutes etc.
Typing and distributing reports
Support all office administrative duties – answering telephones, drafting, and filling correspondence, taking messages, booking meetings
Liaise with central team on queries relating to HR, Finance, Training and Health and Safety.
Extensive diary management for COO
Handling highly confidential and sensitive information
Meet and greet partner businesses using office facilities
Organising diaries and answering emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
Arranging repairs and upkeep of facilities in the office
Host and arrange internal events – virtual and in person conferences and all company catch ups – these will all be pre planned for 2023/24 and will be handed over by the current EA.
PowerPoint and document creation & adaption for COO
Point of call for our sister companies, planning and attending Monthly Board Meetings – In person and virtually to take notes.
Take overall accountability for office management and working with the Landlord, Buildings Manager and Various Contractors.

Previous EA & Office Manager experience, preferably within a large and energetic environment or an organisation with a similar structure.
Great client communication skills
Demonstratable IT skills; Power Point, Excel, MS Word SharePoint, OneDrive.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
Hardworking – prepared to go the extra mile.
