Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the onboarding implementation for new customers for a variety of data products. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, managing stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving our onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain and motivate the project team with a positive and uplifting attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Onboarding Process Enhancement:
• Analyze existing onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding experience.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously refine onboarding procedures.
Project Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the onboarding of new customers and migration to cloud for existing customers.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Take on additional tasks and projects based on the needs of the business.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key metrics.
Positive Attitude:
• Maintain a positive and uplifting attitude, even during stressful situations.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the ed-tech or technology sector.
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• 3+ years experience working within an Agile framework.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer onboarding projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (nice to have)
• Experience with Salesforce (nice to have)
• PMP certification (nice to have)
