?? Location: Hybrid in Bournemouth (3 - 4 days per week in office)
?? Hours: Monday - Friday, 30 - 37.5 hrs per week
?? Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
?? Reporting To: Executive Assistant to COO
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Bournemouth office, including supplies, facilities and compliance
- Coordinate all company travel and hotel bookings
- Support Executive Assistants with planning company events and internal meetings
- Prepare, format and proofread presentations, reports and business documents
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design, prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations aligned with our branding
- Handle confidential information, including Company credit card reconciliation
- Welcome and coordinate visits from business partners and external guests
- Oversee Health & Safety for the Bournemouth office, working with the H&S Committee to ensure site audits, action plans and delivery
- Liaise with HR & IT to manage and track company hardware
- Provide ad hoc support to Marketing and the C-Suite as required
- Help drive new ideas, innovation and working practices, and support other business projects as required
