Product Manager
Location: Remote in UK
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities  
- Be accountable for the full end-to-end experience for key user segments including product planning, product evaluation, roadmap development, and execution 
- Leverage a solid understanding of the user journey to define requirements and to drive improved experience and outcomes 
- Use analytical skills to ask the right questions, create, organise, translate and cross reference requirements 
- Understand and blend existing and emerging competitive insights into strategic plans 
- Collaborate directly with User Experience team to define and deliver best in class digital experiences 
- Use iterative product development methodology to identify, iteratively develop and minimize risks  
- Work horizontally across delivery, QA, user experience, infrastructure and user representatives 
- Work closely with the operations team to understand customer needs 
- Communicate clearly with operations and marketing teams to coordinate product releases 
- Act as the product advocate, ensuring that changes to data driven features deliver meaningful improvements to user experience and outcomes 
- Help to communicate openly and facilitate transparency and accountability
