Location: Remote-First (Leeds office on occasion)
Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:30)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

The Role
An excellent opportunity to join our Application Support team supporting Universities in utilising our innovative and market leading Student Engagement Analytics platform.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Application Support Analyst to join our forward-thinking and highly successful team. This role provides critical technical support for our clients in both on premise and cloud settings.
Key responsibilities
o As first responder, provide exceptional customer service to all our clients across tickets, email, video, and telephone.
o Monitoring and triaging incoming support tickets in line with existing SLA's.
o Troubleshoot data related issues, including interrogating client data using SQL queries.
o Configure integrations to import client source data into the StREAM application.
o Undertake basic application configurations.
o Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide timely status updates on investigation, progress, and ticket resolution.
o Attend calls with clients to support with data related queries.
o Interface cross functionally with colleagues to progress ticket resolution.
o Maintain and update Service Desk Knowledge Base.
Key skills & Requirements
o Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Appreciation of and experience with MySQL, writing SQL queries for fixing data issues.
o An understanding of 1st & 2nd line software / application support.
o An understanding of the methodologies of support on software and client data integrations and application configurations.
o Linux administration & Windows Server experience (Preferred).
o MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle DB (Preferred).
