Partnership Manager (Publishers / EdTech / Content Providers)

Location: Hybrid (B’mth), fully remote may be considered
Working hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

The Role:

Reporting to our Director of Partnerships, this newly created Partnership Manager post will work collaboratively with the partnerships team to identify new opportunities for Kortext Adopt, driving sales worldwide. The role is a solution-based sales role and will involve occasional travel to attend conferences and exhibitions, and to meet with both prospects and existing clients.

Key responsibilities;

o Achieve rapid sales growth across the publishing and content provider sector both in the UK and overseas.
o Devise and execute a sales plan to deliver agreed sales objectives.
o Identify and target new publishers and other content providers, interacting with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
o Develop and grow existing publisher and content provider accounts, retaining the existing client base.
o Liaise with internal stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns targeted at the publishing and content sector
o Create and maintain accurate pipeline records using Salesforce. 
o Maintain monthly sales forecast to deliver sales goals.
o Provide market, product and competitor information feedback.

Key skills & Requirements:

o A track record of seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building a pipeline, and delivering against a sales budget (minimum 3 years).
o Persistent, resilient and target oriented.
o Consultative selling skills.
o Knowledge and experience of edtech/publishing/content sectors desirable.
o Highly competent in the Microsoft Office suite.
o Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system.
o Comfortable and confident presenting online using various platforms, i.e. Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

26 days Holiday
We start at 26 days of Holiday plus eight bank holidays, with an opportunity to increase to 28 days after five years (pro rata for part-time members)!

Work environment:

A hybrid contract whereby 1 to 2 days (per week) will be required in the office.
You will be expected to have a dedicated home office area to focus on work related activities and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
