Enterprise Software Architect
Location: Remote*
Working hours: 37.5 hours / 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure distributed systems.
- Drive legacy modernization initiatives, including decomposing monolithic applications into microservices.
- Champion Clean Architecture Design and event-driven architecture principles across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for architectural alignment and potential integration.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor and upskill engineering teams on cloud-native architecture, DevOps practices, and distributed systems.
- Identify and address cross-team architectural challenges and drive technical alignment.
