Customer Success Advocate
Salary: £21,000 rising to £24,000 through progression opportunities

Location: Remote UK or Remote Canada.
Working hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm (please speak to us about part time opportunities)

Job Overview
As part of the Customer Success team, you will provide a single point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience with Kortext is successful from beginning to end. You will be a trusted advisor for their investment, letting them know that you will support them in a proactive and reactive manner throughout every step of their journey with us.
You will work with our customers and the account team to manage the post-sale experience, drive consumption and customer satisfaction, and ultimately help our customers to grow and achieve their outcomes on the Kortext learning platform.
We are looking for someone who loves working with customers, thrives as part of a busy team, and seeks to use their strong interpersonal skills to find innovative resolutions to everyday challenges. Responsibilities will include;
o Own a portfolio of accounts and drive business outcomes for customers
o Ensure that customers gain the maximum value from their Kortext investment
o Identify key criteria for assisting your customers and provide exceptional outcomes
o Champion Kortext success stories and processes, both within the team and externally
