EA/PA to CEO
(Must Be Based In Bournemouth As This Is An Office Based Role)

We are growing rapidly with more than 2,000 universities around the world using the Kortext platform. We host over 2 million digital books from over 4,500 publishers available to Kortext customers via our web and mobile app.
Kortext has a great opportunity. for an experienced EA or PA to support the CEO at our Bournemouth office.
As an EA/PA your role within the organisation will be varied and fast paced.
You will work directly with our CEO (James Gray) managing mostly business related tasks and predominantly joining in meetings, taking minutes and actions and ensuring these are delivered by all attendees. Additionally, creating reports, organising travel and accommodation and other organisational tasks.
To do this role you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, with the capability of working independently.
Other responsibilities will include:
Amending company documentation e.g. contract paperwork
PA Support e.g. diary management, travel bookings, meeting minutes etc
Typing and distributing reports
Support all office administrative duties – answering telephones, drafting and filling correspondence, taking messages, booking meetings
Liaise with central team on queries relating to HR, Finance, Training and Health and Safety;
Extensive diary management for CEO
Completion of Vendor paperwork and questionnaires
Handling highly confidential and sensitive information
Meet and greet partner businesses using office facilities
Organising diaries and answering emails and phone calls in a professional manner

Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the business C-Suite to Graduate level
Previous PA experience, preferably within a large and energetic environment or an organisation with a similar structure.
Great client communication skills
Demonstratable IT skills; Power Point, Excel, MS Word
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
Hardworking – prepared to go the extra mile;
Problem solving skills
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multi task and prioritise daily workload
